I was asked to create a simple set of conversation-starter cards for TD branches. During a branch visit, I noticed that employees were not permitted to use personal or non-corporate decorations at their desks.

That constraint became the idea.

Instead of designing four standalone cards, I created them as pieces of a larger object. When assembled, the four cards form a small flower vase—turning required communication into a decorative, functional piece that still works within the corporate environment.

The concept was so well received that it was later adopted for TD branches in the U.S. as well, extending the idea beyond its original market.
